When someone dies at home

Contact your doctor: The first thing to do when someone dies at home is to get in touch with the doctor. The doctor will confirm the death. If the deceased was managed by the doctor, a death certificate may then be issued for the decased. Otherwise, an autopsy may be required where cause of death is unknown or unusual. Then we can be contacted.

Contact us: You will then have to contact us so as to move the deceased into our care and also to discuss further arrangements.
